This privacy policy covers C2C Soccer’ treatment of the personally identifiable information that C2C Soccer collects when you are registering for a sports program. Because we gather personal information about you, we feel you should fully understand the capture and use of this information. C2CSoccer provides a safe, fun and positive sports experience for children between the ages of 4-14. C2C Soccer has built its reputation on these fundamental principals. It is within this context that we have also created our privacy policy. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect, especially with respect to children’s privacy. We are committed to safeguarding the online privacy of our users and do not intend to rent or sell your information to any third party. Our privacy policy has been carefully constructed to take your privacy concerns into consideration. We may modify these policies from time to time to better address your concerns or to make other additions or changes that we deem appropriate. C2C Soccer also reserves the right to share, rent, or sell parental information to our partners and sponsors. We ask our visitors to evaluate our programs and submit comments about our programs online. In those instances where you do evaluate our programs and submit comments, we ask you to provide your email address along with your physical address and phone number. Participation in these submissions is completely voluntary. The user has a choice whether to disclose any personal information. It is possible to evaluate our programs without disclosing any personal information. However, we would like to use the information to contact you regarding your evaluation or comments.

These services collect information that will allow us to manage our programs more efficiently. If you are authorized to use the referrals tab or the coordinator’s corner on our site, you may need to provide us with personal information before you can use the feature. If a user elects to use our referral service to provide C2C Soccer with personal information on a candidate for a coaching position, we ask them for the candidate’s name, email address and phone number. We contact the candidate and invite them to apply for a position with the company. We store the information for the sole purpose of contacting that applicant. The applicant may contact C2C Soccer to request the removal of this information. The coordinator’s corner provides our coordinators with the opportunity to update their programs. Coordinators must submit personal information when logging in for the first time. The personal information we collect enables us to track and monitor the use of the feature. C2C Soccer has the discretion to share your information with our partners and sponsors. Again, we will only share your information with third parties under very limited circumstances.

Financial Security
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card numbers and/or social security numbers, that information is encrypted and is protected with the industry standard SSL encryption. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked when you are surfing. This denies access to your account information by anyone other than those with the appropriate clearance.

All users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees, such as billing clerks, who need the information to perform a specific job, are granted access to personally identifiable information.
