Coast 2 Coast's main objective for each camp/program is that "Each child's coach exceeds the expectations of the child, the parent and the school site coordinator (after school programs)."

Parents in 2010 described our coaches as: "Positive, enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, organized, hard working, professional, motivated, knowledgable, matched perfectly to each age group, patient, polite, love their job, awesome and engaging."

Our summer coaches our Irish. Our after school and brithday coaches are sourced within the US. Our coaches go through a rigorous interview process and we select on average only 10% of applicants. We train our summer coaches for 12 days and train our after school coaches for 2 days.
